Privacy notice

What we collect

• Searcher registrations: your name, email, area, equipment and qualifications.
• Website use: the pages that you visit, the tools that you use, and the links to other services that you click. We use PostHog, hosted in the EU. We do not use cookies for this. We do not record your screen.

What we do not collect

The poster maker works in your browser. We do not upload your photo or the details on your poster.

Why we use your data

• To contact you about your registration as a searcher. The legal basis is your consent.
• To improve the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest.

How long we keep your data

We keep searcher registrations until you ask us to delete them. Then we delete the data.

Who processes your data

We use Cloudflare to host the website, Supabase to store form data, and PostHog for website statistics.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send an email tohello@whistlehome.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
